 * I ate a lot of dirty food yesterday and I Throwed it up
 * I eat and eat until I Throw them up

Mrkoq

                                               My specialdish is Mrkoq
      This kind of wheat bread mixed with vegetables are famous dish in my country. Also, this is kind of Saudi eathic food.  Most people like to cook it everyone knows this dish,and they specially like to  eat it in the winter. Now I will give Mrkoq's ingredients and than the recipe to make the dish. Mrkoq's ingredierts are wheat bread,potatoes,onions,and carrats,Also Arabic spices,meat or chicken. The reipe are:
- Frist, bring the wheat bread and cut into circles.
-Next, cut up the regetable and some meat or chicken it's up to you .
- Then put some oil in side the boul and fail the onion on it .
-afterthat add the chicken or meat,and vegetables,bread .
-Finally, cover the bowl and put the oven on 450 level,and cook for 60 minutes.
